Hi, I’m Livia, Registered Massage Therapist, Rolf Structural Integration Practitioner, FRC Mobility Specialist, and the founder of Mobility Junkie.

 

I help weekend warriors go from desk to sport without feeling like a rusty old tin (wo)man.

 

My unique approach combines fascial massage, mobility and stability work to bridge the gap between the treatment table and the gym. Don’t expect to fall asleep on the table because we’ll be getting results on the gym floor. 

 

I strongly believe that it’s never too late to be happy, healthy and mobile regardless of your age or activity level.
