Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist
Meaghan has a passion for working with clients to increase active range of motion in their joints and decrease daily pain. Through fascial stretch therapy, Meaghan works to decompress and create space in the joint capsule, as well as creating ease of movement through stretching the muscles and fascia. She has worked with people of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Meaghan has worked as a physio assistant, soccer coach, yoga instructor, fitness instructor, and program coordinator. She played Varsity soccer while doing her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at St. Francis Xavier University. After a summer of playing semi-professionally with the Ottawa Fury W-League team, Meaghan went on to play her last year of eligibility with the University of Ottawa in the first year of her Masters in Human Kinetics. In that year, she also represented Canada in the World University Games in Gwanju, South Korea. All of these experiences contribute to her current work as a fascial stretch therapist and Functional Range Conditioning mobility coach.
